Privacy policy

Agencia Destino Tropical will not give your personal information to any other person or organization that does not pertain to your trip. Your personal data is collected strictly to help us bring you the information you are seeking, and to provide you with the best possible service.

 

Payment and cancelation policies:

One-Day Tours & Transfers

  • Full payment is due 7 days before the tour start
  • We’ll refund 100% of all cancellations received in our office more than 48 hours before the tour
  • No refunds will be made on cancellations received in our office less than 48 hours before the tour

Multi-Day Itineraries and Hotel Reservations

  • 25% deposit is required to reserve space
  • Full payment is due 30 days before the tour/service date
  • We’ll refund 90% of all cancellations received in our office more than 30 days before the service date
  • We’ll refund 50% of all cancellations received in our office between 30 and 15 days before the service date
  • No refunds will be made on cancellations received in our office less than 15 days before the service date or once a tour has begun
  • A full refund will be made if we must cancel a trip due to bad weather or other hazardous conditions.  We highly recommend our customers to purchase travel insurance.  

These are our policies, but if you must cancel for any reason and we have not paid deposits to our providers, we'll always try to refund as much as possible.

 

Insurance
