Privacy policy
Agencia Destino Tropical will not give your personal information to any other person or organization that does not pertain to your trip. Your personal data is collected strictly to help us bring you the information you are seeking, and to provide you with the best possible service.
Payment policies:
- We require a 25% deposit to confirm a reservation
- Full payment is due 60 days before the tour/service date
Refund policies:
- We'll refund 90% of the tour price in all cancellations received in our office until 30 days before the tour/service date
- We'll refund 50% of all cancellations received in our office between 30 and 15 days before the tour/service date
- No refunds will be made on cancellations received in our office less than 15 days before the tour/service date or once a tour has begun
- Late reservations will be taken depending on availability
These are our policies, but if you must cancel for any reason and we have not paid deposits to our providers, we'll always try to refund as much as possible.
